    Cancellation/ No Show/ Late Arrivals

 At Faded Times, we reserve an uninterrupted appointment spot for you.  We require a notice of at least 3 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not cancel within at least 3 hours your card on file can be charged 50% of your scheduled service which is non refundable and cannot  be applied as a credit to future appointments. Continuous no shows can be charged 100% of the service booked, which is also non refundable and cannot be credited to future appointments. Late arrivals can be subject to no show fees, and will need to be rescheduled. If you are running late, please give the barber/stylist a call with an estimated arrival time and the barber/stylist will determine if you need to reschedule. If you are not going to be able to make your appointment please cancel by clicking the link you receive via SMS text/email or give us a call.  We value our clients time, and this is to ensure clients value ours.
